The lead event planner for the last 2 years for dozens of events, Liz has helped make many client’s and couple’s dreams a reality for their special days. From wedding planning to corporate events, let the team at YPDMD take your event to the next level.

- Loves destination weddings
- Enjoys being creative with event design and floral set ups
- Plays Tennis and loves taking wildlife/nature photography
- Lived in Alaska for several years, which means outdoor events are a piece of cake!
Leah Barnes
Owner – Perfection Bridal Co. / Perfect Stems
YPD PA Sister Companies
A coordinator for the last 7 years, Leah has opened up multiple businesses, and has since incorporated these businesses under the name Perfection Bridal. With over 300 weddings under her belt, Leah is no where near done perfecting the curriculum that shines through the program for our clients. A true visionary, Leah’s motto that serves her clients well is “As long as you do things out of kindness and generosity, then you’re doing it in the right way.”
Nakia Black
Day of Coordinator
Maryland – Pennsylvania Rep
She plans, designs, and oversees the construction of buildings. To practice, architecture means to provide services in connection with the creation of buildings and the space within the site surrounding the buildings that have human occupancy or use as their purpose.
Alex Isennock
Event Set Up/Tear Down Supervisor
Alex is our heavy lifting expert who will be at most events to ensure the layout meets our client’s expectations. He will be assisting with tear down as well if necessary.
Samantha Broer
Event Assistant – Planner in Training
Samantha is YPDMD’s newest addition. She will be assisting with weddings throughout the 2024 and 2025 wedding seasons while she is training to bring on clients of her own.
