Leah Barnes
Owner – Perfection Bridal Co. / Perfect Stems
YPD PA Sister Companies
A coordinator for the last 8 years, Leah has opened up multiple businesses, and has since incorporated these businesses under the name Perfection Bridal. With over 300 weddings under her belt, Leah is no where near done perfecting the curriculum that shines through the program for our clients. A true visionary, Leah’s motto that serves her clients well is “As long as you do things out of kindness and generosity, then you’re doing it in the right way.”

Working with YPD since 2025, Sara Rae brings a calm confidence and thoughtful attention to detail to every wedding she leads. Known for her warm personality and steady presence, she ensures each celebration feels intentional, seamless, and uniquely reflective of her couple’s story. From expertly crafted timelines to beautifully styled spaces, Sara approaches every event with care, organization, and genuine heart – allowing her couples to relax, be fully present, and truly enjoy their day.
Alex Isennock
Event Set Up/Tear Down Supervisor
Alex Isennock is the muscle behind the magic at Your Perfect Day Events. As our on-site setup assistant and heavy lifter, he ensures every arch, table, rental, and décor install is placed safely and efficiently. His steady work ethic and hands-on support keep event days running smoothly, allowing our planners to focus on design and client experience while he brings the vision to life.
Samantha Broer
Event Assistant – Planner in Training
Samantha is YPDMD’s newest addition. She will be assisting with weddings throughout the 2024 and 2025 wedding seasons while she is training to bring on clients of her own.
